Try the new signup system

The new volunteer signup system is live for both one-time and recurring events. Try signing up below — this is a test page backed by a test event, so you won’t be committing to volunteer.

For event organizers: Create a volunteer signup

1. Create the event
   in Google Calendar, Outlook or your preferred calendar. For recurring events, set the repeat schedule.
   
2. Invite the appropriate calendar:
   • Math Adventures: [email protected]
   • Art Docents: [email protected]
   • Watch Dogs: [email protected]
   • Other Events: [email protected]
     
3. Prepare the volunteer details
   For each role or shift:
   • Role Name
   • Brieft description of responsibilities
   • Number of volunteers needed
   • Start & End times, if different from the event
     
4. Create the signup
   through the website admin portal (https://wilderptsa.net/wp-admin) under PTA Tools > Calendar > Volunteer Signup. Choose a one-time or recurring signup, as appropriate. If you don’t have a PTSA account, please work with the committee chair for your program.

Signups appear automatically on each event’s page. You can also display them together on a page like this one. Changes to calendar events, including rescheduled dates, automatically update the associated signups.

Event missing? Calendars sync twice daily. To sync manually, go to PTA Tools > Calendar > Calendar sync.
