Math Adventures

Math Adventures is a PTSA enrichment program for K-5th grade students. No math experience is necessary!

How it works:

• Parents lead kids in math games aligned to the math curriculum, during small-group class time
• Teachers provide the materials and directions for the games
• The small groups rotate every 10-15 minutes with a new set of students
• The time commitment is about 45 minutes per session, meeting weekly

• With multiple parents per classroom, sessions will be rotated, and commitment will be bi-weekly or monthly

• helps students build confidence in their math skills
• supports teachers by reinforcing the current math curriculum
• is FUN!!
