Thank You to all of our Wilder Fall Carnival Volunteers!
Our Annual Welcome Back to Wilder Carnival was a success, thanks to all of our volunteers! It takes a lot to have a successful carnival and this year we had some volunteers who stepped in and spent a lot of time helping our families have a great time. Special thanks to…
Jeff Sirois and Kristian Davila for pumping and twisting over 200 balloon creations. These Dads brought hat, dogs and smiles to families all night long. It was so fun to see the Wilder paw and Rainbows amongst the crowds. Thank you to our face painters: Staci Sirois, Samantha Moore, and all our teen helpers, including expert painter, Amanda Davila. Erica Stavoe for sending me the 8th graders who made cotton candy all night, caught bean bags, stocked beverages, and assembled the teacher splash. They were so eager and happy to help for any task I could think of.
The Teachers and Families of the 25 Fifth Graders who came out to run the Indoor Games! I’m pretty sure that is a record for the number of fifth graders volunteering.
The highlight every year is the Teacher Splash and this year didn’t disappoint! Thank you to all of the teachers who were such great sports! And thank you to all the booth chairs who helped organize and run the Carnival this year: Cathy Chen (Indoor Games & PreOrders), Patcha Mueller-Eberstein (Photo Booth), Miina Beyreis (Teacher Splash), Staci Sirois (Facepainting), Katie Bengtson (Decorations/Bulletin Boards), and Beth McIntire (Cake Walk).
We will need a co-chair and booth co-chairs to plan next year’s carnival. Planning will begin in May 2020. If you can help, please email carnival@wilderptsa.net
