FALL- Plant Inventory & Leaf Press

Students learn how to identify plants by looking at leaf types and learn the importance of plants in the watershed.  They conduct a plant inventory at each watershed site and press leaf specimens for the site plant book.

SPRING- Pebbles, Sand and Silt

Students will be able to take their knowledge in science to locate specific types of rocks.

This lesson is conducted by the teachers in class.
