5th grade slide show
To: All 5th Graders (and Parents):
DEADLINE: Monday, February 28th 

In honor of your last year at Wilder, the Yearbook features a special section dedicated to our outgoing 5th graders. It includes a display of your baby/toddler pictures and your favorite memory during your time at Wilder. This is one of the most anticipated and enjoyed sections of the yearbook for all Wilder students. To ensure you are included in this special section, please submit via email one baby photo and your favorite Wilder Elementary memory. We want all 5th graders featured!! In addition if there are any pictures of your child from K-5 with their friends at Wilder you would like included in the end of the year 5th grade slide show, please send those as well. Please stick to a 5 picture limit on these so that all 5th graders can be featured.

You can submit your photo, memory and extra slide show pictures to wilder5thgrade2020@gmail.com

In the email please include the following:

– Students full name

– Teachers Name

– Your digital photo scanned-baby picture and extra pictures for slide show
*Saved on the highest resolution possible (minimum of 200 KB file size)
*If you do not have a digital photo to send, please contact me and we can work together on getting a picture         scanned and sent in.

– Your special or most memorable moment that you have experienced from your time at Wilder.
*Please keep message between 50-200 characters.
*This message will be printed in the yearbook next to your child’s baby picture.
*Please note that the yearbook committee reserves the right to edit or modify statements for content, grammar and/or space reasons.

-Send up to 5 extra pictures of your child with friends at Wilder from K-5 to be included in the 5th grade end of year slide show.

Please submit your photos and memory by Monday, February 28th.
